What If I Need to Cancel My Wine Tasting Class?

Home Wine Tasting HQ understands that things come up unexpectedly and the need to sometimes cancel after you’ve already set a date, time, and invited guests to your wine class must take place.  When you finalize the details and everything is set to happen, we will issue an invoice to you including cost of the class which is to be paid at the conclusion of the event.

However if cancelling is something you have to do and it is known well in advance,  please do us the courtesy of giving us no less than 3 days (72 hours) notice so that we may readjust our calendars and have proper coverage for other customers who we will be conducting classes with.  You will not be responsible for any costs.  We hope that you will be rescheduling.

IN THE CASE OF A SUDDEN UNFORSEEN CANCELLATION THAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 72 HOUR DEADLINE (IE Bad Weather, Emergencies of any kind etc.), we simply require a short notification.  At this point in the process  you will have the contact information of our knowledge guides and can easily get in touch with them via phone or email to cancel.

NOTE:  In the case of sudden cancellations, we urge you to make a quick call or send a one line text or email explaining the reason for cancellation.  If we do not hear from you, you will be responsible for 75% of the total cost listed on the invoice.
